Definitions
“Client” refers to any individual or business entity that uses the services of WebiValue.
“Services” refer to website design, development, maintenance, SEO, and related digital solutions offered by WebiValue.
Scope of Services
WebiValue agrees to provide website development and related services as per the agreed project proposal or contract. The scope, timeline, and payment will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Client Responsibilities
Provide all necessary content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Ensure that all provided materials do not infringe on any third-party rights or laws.
Cooperate throughout the project lifecycle to avoid unnecessary delays.
Payment Terms
A minimum of 50% upfront payment is required to commence work.
The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before final delivery or site launch.
Late payments may incur additional charges or delay in service delivery.

Intellectual Property
All source code, design elements, and content created by WebiValue remain the intellectual property of WebiValue until full payment is received.
Upon final payment, ownership of the website design and code is transferred to the client, except for third-party components used under license.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.
Warranty & Support
WebiValue provides a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes post-launch.
Ongoing maintenance or support will be offered under a separate service agreement or retainer.
Limitation of Liability
WebiValue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days’ written notice. The client will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
Amendments
WebiValue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
